■ Getting started
KarryBiz gives business owners the digital infrastructure to create an online store, accept payments, manage transactions and connect to delivery partners, while you keep full control of your products, pricing, fulfilment and customers.
Yes. Opening a store and using the app is free. A transaction fee applies to successful sales, plus optional extras like SMS updates or a domain purchase. See the Pricing page for details.
Yes. Add as many stores as you need from the Stores tab and switch between them.
We give you the tools to sell, but finding buyers depends on your marketing, as with any shop. Sharing your store link on social media is a great start.
■ Payments & fees
No. Payments are processed by licensed partners on your behalf. You only need to complete KYC and add a bank account for withdrawals.
3% on each successful sale, never more than ₦5,000 per transaction. There’s no monthly fee or setup fee.
Customer payments are processed by trusted payment processors. KarryBiz isn’t a bank and doesn’t store card data. Your earnings are shown in an internal wallet ledger for visibility and payouts.
Yes. Turn on “customer pays the fee” and the fee is added at checkout so you receive your full price. Try it on the fee calculator.
No. Withdrawals to your bank account are free.
Disputes and reversals follow the payment processors’ policies and applicable regulations. Sellers are expected to cooperate with the resolution process.
■ Domains & templates
Yes. You only pay to buy the domain. Connecting it to your KarryBiz store costs nothing.
Request a custom template design from the app or the Templates page and our team will design one for your brand.
■ Orders & delivery
You choose. Turn on Shipbubble to use vetted couriers with live rates, or set your own shipping prices by location, including free pickup.
You get an instant push notification. You can also send customers SMS order updates at ₦20 per SMS. WhatsApp updates are coming soon.
Open the order and issue a refund. It’s recorded in your transaction history and the order moves to Refunded.
