Yes. The fee is 3% of the sale, but never more than ₦5,000 per transaction. On a ₦1,000,000 sale you pay ₦5,000, not ₦30,000.
Turn it on and KarryBiz adds the fee (3%, up to ₦5,000) to the customer’s total at checkout, so you receive your full price.
No. The fee covers payment processing. You don’t need a Paystack account or pay a separate gateway fee.
No. Withdrawals to your bank account are free. If you withdraw ₦5,000, you receive the full ₦5,000.
When you refund an order, the refund is processed automatically and the amount is deducted from your wallet balance. If your wallet doesn’t have enough funds, you won’t be able to start the refund.
